Return Policy for Valleywide Window Parts

Because many of our products are specialty window and door parts that ship directly from the manufacturer, we have specific return guidelines outlined below.
Returns & Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Custom, special-order, clearance, or discontinued items are non-returnable.
All returns are subject to manufacturer approval.
Return Process
Valleywide Glass LLC drop ships many parts directly from our primary supplier, Strybuc Industries.
All approved returns are processed through Strybuc in accordance with their return policies.
To request a return:
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and coordinate authorization with the manufacturer.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns will not be accepted without an authorized RA number.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to:
- Manufacturer restocking fees (typically up to 25%)
- Original shipping charges (non-refundable)
- Return shipping costs (customer responsibility unless item is defective or incorrect)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and packaging
- Do not discard original packaging until claim is processed
We will work quickly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Installed parts
- Custom or special-order items
- Cut-to-size materials
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once the manufacturer receives and inspects the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days after inspection
